Yes United are in Manchester, and Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and West Ham are in London. Reading, I beleive is just outside London.

Chewy - don't try and be so technically smart technically.....Old Trafford is in Trafford (hence the name) which is a borough of Manchester. Salford only has one o in it and is definitely not a town it is a City.

As other people have informed you those teams are in London apart from Reading

What Frogspawn says - and I have the feeling that West Ham are actually in East Ham (still London, though).

United's ground is in the Borough of Trafford, so technically not in Manchester. Chelsea aren't in Chelsea, but are in fact just a small team in Fulham, Tottenham ARE in Tottenham, and (Woolwich) Arsenal to give them their full name aren't in Woolwich. Not so sure about West Ham, 'though Reading are nowhere near London but are in fact in Reading.

we are from Manchester, don't listen to the Muppet's on here, especially city fans who come from stockport. they are a SMALL club with a little bit of history ( yawn ). as for other clubs they are just jealous of how BIG and SUCCESSFUL we are. In Manchester their is about 6 reds to every blue open your eyes and look around. come on you reds

essentially its in Manchester.the "not in Manchester"is just a thing fans of lesser clubs,i.e man city, use to try to elevate their piss poor clubs' status.
another favourite is more people in Manchester support city.this too is a myth as its based on a % of season ticket holders with a Manchester post code.altough city have a bigger % with a Manchester post code, the physical amount of season ticket holders is greater at united because of the significantly larger number of season ticket holders
