It depends on how far the flirting was going. There is the normal, harmless flirting that everybody does (I don't care what they say to deny it), like giggling, or saying something silly or something like that....maybe a wink that means nothing, then there's the other kind where they get hot and heavy in email, start calling each other in the name of friendship, or meeting for lunch without your knowledge, and one thing leads to another....
Find out what she's doing for sure. But if it's a turn on for you to see her doing it, then ask yourself if you'd really care...maybe you're swinger at heart...who knows?

Totally natural. People (humans) flirt- its a healthy form of expression and interaction w/ the world. It's when it goes beyond that, that it's not healthy. A person needs to know their own and their relationships boundaries. After being in a marriage for so long, you don't get the same vibe as you used to when you actually flirted w/ one another. A husband is different than a fiance or boyfriend. He's there everyday, good and bad. It's stimulating, reviving and assuring to flirt. It's totally understandable that you find it a turn on, animalistically speaking if you have an attractive mate that others want you get turned on that it's yours. Being married you can start to feel lifeless and as if you're not worthy of what you used to recieve when you were young and single. She seeks this for fulfillment for personal reasons or for reason that the relationship between you two lacks something.

I would be very cross if my husband flirted with other women even though I'm pretty sure he is faithful
do you still make her feel very special all the time!!
because she may look for that else where if you don't give it to her
women really do need to be adored & made to feel like special & not just when you want sex
all the time!!! & if you do that she will fuss over you & think you are the greatest thing that ever walked the earth lol

Its all about trust in a relationship. If you have it then its ok! Has she given you any reason not to trust her? If not don't worry about it.You have been married for 14 years, that's says alot! Be proud! You shouldn't worry about what others have to say or think. She comes home to you! Congratulations on your 14 year marriage!

If you're secure and you trust her, you don't need to be asking this question. Everything is ok as long as you two are ok with it.

Isn't it great knowing these guys are panting after this fine woman ... and that she's going home with you?
If you trust her totally, you should not be concerned.

I despise married people who flirt! It's a mockery to the marriage vows!
