there is no such thing as too much sleep. yesterday i was only awake from 9 am-noon and from 3 pm - 6 pm and I woke up at 11:30 pm and went back to sleep at 2 am this morning. hahahaha.

I saw on the news, you don't NEED any more than 9 hours of sleep. Anything longer than that is bad for you and can cause you to have early aged heart attacks. I don't know effects it has if your older.

One time I slept 21 hours it was weird losing a day, but I was well rested after that.
And no I wasn't out the entire night the night before.

ide say no more than 24 hours unless you sick or just had surgery or somthing like that
