Split level? Usually has multiple levels. Half of the main floor might reach all the way to the top of the house (maybe living & dining room & kitchen, and the other half there is a set of stairs that go to bedrooms, bathroom etc.

I believe it menas split level. Usually a 2bed2bath split level has a upstairs level with just 1bedroom and a bathroom and a small foyer and you can usually look down and see the living room from the foyer.

You chop up the residing area 50/50 with you & your bf getting the better mattress room and the 0.33-wheel getting the smaller mattress room. You chop up the hire in 0.5 and the utilities and nutrition 3-techniques. As for the parking areas, you are going to might desire to learn how to share those. in case you have in basic terms 2 autos between the three of you, no problem. in any different case, you get a million area for 8 months out of the year. Your bf gets a million area for 8 months out of the year. the different individual gets a million area for 8 months out of the year. (2 areas, twelve months in a year = 24 divided by using 3 human beings = 8 months).
