Where can I watch tv shows that I missed, online?

I missed American idol and Prison break. My tivo was acting whacked. Where can I watch them for free? Nowhere with viruses or spywear plz.

the best is tv-video.net but it is slow so try to go on at night

Check the channel website. I am pretty sure that Idol is not on there, but Prison Break might be.
