There is A nice little hotel in Makati called Robelle House rooms from only 700p to 1600p per night. It is clean and cheap

There aren't much good hotels that accommodate 1000 pesos per night, but I suggest you at least add (more or less) 200 pesos to your budget, and reserve a room at St. Illian's Inn in Makati City. Their rooms have PABX phones and intercom system, air-conditioning, cable television, centralized running hot water. It's the perfect budget hotel.

Malate Pensionne on Adriatico St. or Natividad on MH Del Pilar St., both are walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, and Baywalk.
