I get these vitamins from my Naturopath, they are Thorne brand. So I'm assuming they are quality and that it wouldn't be a dye or filler that is causing it. So which vitamin is causing the color? It is beta-carotene?

Hi Markatger. Riboflavin (B2) contains a flavin ring. This is the cause of the yellow color. Thiamin (B1) is the source of the 'B-vitamin' odor.

Thorne is an excellent product line; generally only available through healthcare professionals. It contains no preservatives, fillers, dyes, coloring agents, sugars, etc.

Best wishes.

any vitamin part of the B complex will turn your urine a strange shade of yellow (and give it a peculiar odor). Try drinking more water, but it's a completely normal side-effect.
