First, request estimates from at least 3 moving company's, and pick the one that can get your stuff there the fastest and provides the most services (packing and unpacking)
Travel wise- will depend on method- and duration (think about eating, lodging etc- especially if you are driving a long distance)
on top of that there would be incidental expenses incurred from the move itself and from having to shut down a life in one area and starting one in another-
That can be a little trickier and for that portion you may be better off asking for post-move reimbursement for that

Total all of your bills up at your new place where you are moving to. Then add about $300.00. Thats how much you ask for.

If it is Relocating yourself, calculate the total expenses which could be incurred with a clear conscience.
