Is it a good area to live in? stupid question i know but i must know! and no stupid answers

I'm from Leeds
Here's the areas to avoid.
Chapletown
Gipton
Middleton
Belle Isle
Hunslet
Harehills
Armley {some is alright}
Bramley {broad lane side- broadleas}
Burley {near the tv studios}
Beeston {Dewsbury Road side and Tempest road
Holbeck {brown lane side}
Little London
I'd give Harehills a miss, other than the shops it's awful
I'd move further out towords Horsforth or Otley

Harehills isnt on of the better area's of leeds
depends on where u like to live i guess

well i know lots of people from harehills and they all say they wouldn't if they could afford to move,seems to be quite a few troubled hot spots there but I'm sure as in most places theres good and bad parts...plenty of good local shops and not far from leeds city centre hospitals etc chapel allerton not far from harehills seems a better option good range of shops bars restaurants etc but house prices more expensive. anyway good look where ever you land.

I live near Leeds and its a great city... but Harehills itself is a bit of a dump.

Harehills isn't a place I would choose to live personally but there are worse places.

Like most citys, Leeds has good and bad areas.
Harehills is definatley not one of the Good ones!!!!
Wortley isnt bad, from what I know Burley is also OK. I lived in Holbeck for a while and while it wasnt the best, I never had any troublw.

i live in leeds and always have done i would seriously recommend that you do not live there,the area is not that nice and looks a right dump there are much nicer places to live dont do it!!!!!

absolute dump there is some nicer places to live in leeds though dont let it put you off.

if you like council estates. don't live there ideally. chapeltown is worse though. buses won't even go there
