Haha thats a good question... I have like lots of socks laying around that has lost their significant other... i think the dryer eats them.. maybe the socks go in that little pipe thing that comes out the wall, (you know, where the extra lint and heat goes out the wall)
We just moved our washer and dryer around and found my old slipper shoe under there and I hadn't saw that thing in probably four years...

When we cleaned my gf dryer vent, that went through the wall into the basement and them out, we found quite a few single socks in there.

I agree with under the drum and wrapped around part, but it's really easy to unscrew the top of the drum and lift it off and check. It's AMAZING how many socks that rod can hold! lol
And it's a lot cheaper than buying a new machine!

between the drum and the casing. If you took apart your dryer you'd find them. But it would be much cheaper to buy new socks!

It's hiding inside the pants leg,you will find it two weeks later when you wear your pants and wish you hadn't thrown the other sock away.

Dobby the house elf takes it when you're not looking. If you're not a Harry Potter fan ask one.
