Hi guys

For around 5 months now i have been having serious problems with my pc.The main things it does are complete system crashes (the whole pc unexpectedly reboots), sometimes i get blue fatal error screens saying problems like IRQ_NOT_LESS_EQUAL,
PAGE_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA.
BAD_POOL_DATA

Other reasons listed for the crashes are win32 errors. If the system doesn't completely crash, the pc will freeze and nothing will free this.

Does anyone know what could be causing these issues. My pc crashed last night and when surfing the net today, i couldn't get access to many sites because my system clock (in bottom corner tray) went to 2099.

Are these registry issues?

I also get messages on the blue stop screen such as maybe you should change video adapters and that i may have mismatched memory causing the problem.

Can anyone tell me if they think they know what is up with my system. This has been like this for months now and i don't really want to resort to buying a brand new pc system .

This should cover them all, you should probably have used exact designations for the errors instead of winging it since there is a "BAD_POOL_CALLER" error, but not a "BAD_POOL_DATA" error.

This all applies if you're using XP, of course.

Do the memory check.
Unplug, open the case and hoover it out, clean the fans.
Switch off System Restore.
Uninstall any software you don't use and delete any old files.
Run Ccleaner, use the ISsues tool, then the Cleaner.

There is no definite virus that can be predicted from that, but try downloading or buying Spybot - Search and Destroy or the latest Norton Anti-virus. Scan your system once every few days if you manage to obtain or already have one of those.
Your computer my just be old, and buying a new pc might have to be a solution. I know I haven't been much help but try these before you think that buying a new pc (try laptop with wireless internet, friend has it, brilliant.) will be the only solution.
