I rarely need to play harmonics, so I don't know much about how to play them (where on the string to put my finger). In my music is an Eb (the one three leger lines above) with the little harmonic circle above it. How do I play this? Where do I place my finger??!! Help please!

If the harmonic is written as an Eb, lightly touch the string right above that note. It helps to bow near the bridge for harmonics. You may have to play the Eb first for tuning before you can get the harmonic. Some harmonics are written like chords with a stopped note below the harmonic. These are false harmonics in which you stop the note while playing the harmonic.
