Can any1 tell me where I can purchace the product Bio-Spira in Canada, It is used to spead up a nitrogen cycle in a fish tank within 24 hr.

I will save you a trip. Bio Spira does not speed up the process of cycling your tank. Your tank will still have to cycle fully. A better bet to cycle your tank more quickly, is to toss in a raw shrimp or chopped up frozen fish.
Bacteria contained in BioSpira do not last their shelf life. I don't know why they keep selling it. If bacteria has nothing to feed off it dies. Some of this sits on the shelf for weeks and months.
Save your money and aggrivation. Use frozen seafood.
If you are still wanting to use a bottled bacteria, most fish stores sell it includeing Petco Petsmart Pet Supplies Plus.

Sorry I don't know where to get it in Canada, but you may be able to purchase it from an aquatic website. If you cannot get it, I'd look into fishless cycling which involves adding pure ammonia to the aquarium to start the colonizing of the beneficial bacteria. You could also cycle your aquarium by planting he aquarium which will solve many of the problems associated with an uncycled aquarium. In this process the beneficial bacteria may be slow to grow, but will eventually colonize the entire substrate.
