It does not matter what colour you or your neighbour is you are all Americans .
As the world gets smaller with developing technology , more and more people will enter into inter racial relationships .
It is an inevitable process .
I imagine that in time the normal American will be a mix of African Espanic Asian and Anglo Saxon genetics .
It is a natural process it may take a thousand years , but as a process of change and evolution it will happen not only in America but through out the world.

This question could be asked of all races. How many "black" people are truly black; I think we'd be suprised by the number of slave owners who had children with their slaves. What you're talking about isn't a matter of coolor but of heritage and ethnicity. Is Italian white? Is English white? Is African black? South African black or white? We have no way of really knowing. Why do we need to?
