The first part ot the message reminds me of a Tagalog song.. the song goes
"mahal kita, mahal kita.. hindi 'to bola..sumagot ka naman wag lang ewan"
-iwan in tagalog means (to leave); ewan (means do not know)..
As for your question:

that's an expression Filipinos say while they arrive across extremities. at cases, must be reminiscent of WOW! Tagalog = Grabe! ang bilis ng kotse. English = Wow! the motor vehicle is quickly.
