It's called Outwar. they have 4 different servers up and u can have more then one character on each individual servers or on multiple servers. It tends to be run by all the players that cheat and max out their characters but when your a low level you still have relative freedom. here is the link to one of my guys u can get to a sign up page from there and sign up under me (helps me grow) or just sign up alone (going to this link will atleast get me a link click and that will be enough of a thank you for posting an answer).
