List your resume on Monster.com, you will have more calling you than you have time to interview with. Or look in the yellow pages under employment agencies. Most will specialize in one or two areas, so make sure you find one that works in the same field as you.

You need to ask someone that is close to you. The only to get a good one is by word of mouth. Being desceet is important too.
