I suppose you should say to yourself 5 is to 2 as 25 is to ?

Since 5 x 5 is 25 then multiply the 2 by 5 as well.

5:2 = 25:10

I believe that is correct.

Set up the original proportion
5/2 = 25/x
Cross multiply
5x = 50
x = 10
