Yes ! Cardiac arrest is easy to determin on autopsy !now toxicologist would find out from the body fluids like blood and other fluids the cause of death....any things can be the cause , Alcohal, poison, drugs etc and histologist would then look for the liver , renal and other tissues for the evidences because thes would reaffirm it! well sometimes the altered liver function cause some enzymes to raise the level of something in toxic quantity and that cuases sudden death !for example alcohal , drugs etc ! hypoglycemia can cause sudden death and difficult to catch on autopsy ! and found by finding the levels of compunds etc ! now thats a long topic and many possibilites........Poison, drugs, alcohal or sudden failure of other vitals due to some toxic materials ! or any other possibility ! Lets wait for the result and see what comes out !!
