A wave with more amplitude has more ______ than a wave with low amplitude. Can anyone answer this?

Energy. Imagine one foot waves in the ocean .. and twelve foot waves in the ocean. More water is moving (but wave frequency and speed can still be equal). Same is true for light - more amplitude = brighter light.

It depends on what kind of wave you are considering.
If it's a PHYSICAL WAVE like water waves or electromagnetic waves or waves in air or on a taut string or ... and NOTHING ELSE is changing (i.e., the MEDIUM and the FREQUENCY or WAVELENGTH are kept fixed), then indeed, the wave has MORE ENERGY when it has a GREATER AMPLITUDE. (That ENERGY is proportional to the SQUARE of the AMPLITUDE.)
If however it is a QUANTUM WAVE, then the wave represents MORE PARTICLES (again, proportional to the square of the amplitude). (That's a better way of describing the situation than saying that the wave "has more particles ... .")

A wave with more amplitude will have a low wavelength and hence a high frequency.

It's not energy -- that goes with frequency and the medium in which the wave is propagated.
It can't be power -- that goes with energy and the medium (nothing is said of the transmission medium)
It can only be 'intensity'

so it will be able to fit more waves in a space than ones that have a low amp
