For the past Month and a Half, everytime its cold or I feel cold my nipples get hard and hurt bad, and don't quit until i get warm or they just stop. (Feels like there is 1,000 pin needles going into both of my nipples)! My real question is has anyone experienced this before or cam anyone tell me any medical reason for this??? I would like to be able to go outside and not have to worry about grabbing my chest in pain......someone please help if possible.......(ALSO Please No Fake Answers....Really am serious about this....Thanks)

Honestly, it's your body's reaction to the cold. The body wants to conserve as much energy as they can.
Anyway, I know it really stinks. I've found that nursing pads really help when it's cold mainly because they give your nipples an extra layer of protection.

I get that too all the time, i dont know a way to stop it, pinching them or rubbing them helps
But not something to do in public unless you like an audience

Yes, i really have! It kills! I just have to suffer through it! IT IS HORRIBLE! mine turn a yellowish color where it is hard,and it feels like i have a layer of puss covering them.

girl if they hurt that bad talk to your doctor and to make it more comfortable talk to a girl doctor. I think you have something serious!!!!!

i'd say u have sensitive nerves. go to a doc. but where extra padding in your bra to cover and protect them.
