Is your son Japanese? You really don't need anything because Japan is a first world country as to where places like the Philippines, Vietnam, China, and Thailand require vaccinations.

You probably won't need any in Japan. To be safe, you might want vaccines for the flight and the crowded cities.

I don't think you need any. Japan is ac clean, if not cleaner than America. It is not like it is a rural, uncivilized, jungle land or something. A lot of it is big city. So I don't think you will catch any exotic diseases in Japan.

Nothing! Japan is super clean and super healthy. In fact, people even wear face masks when they catch a cold so they dont spread it around! You will be fine

Your Son is to young to enjoy the visit so why risk putting all that vaccine crap in him??? Leave him home with someone and enjoy yourself better and keep him safer!

Check with your local Board of Health. If they do not know they will find out for you. Have a nice trip.

You don't need any - meaning nothing is required.
I would recommend maybe calling your pediatrician
and making sure your son is all up to date on his
immunizations
