ok to get rid off cookies go to internet options (IE 6: tools > internet options IE 7: tools (on tab bar) > internet options
then click delete cookies... tick the box and hit ok... if you have quite a lot it will look like IE has froze but it hasn't. You may want to delete the temp internet files while your there just hit delete files... tick the box and hit ok.

As for photoshop just go here for a free trial (you could get it off torrents but im not going into that): http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?platform=Windows&product=39

Right click the Internet Explorer button and select PROPERTIES. A little menu box will pop up, choose delete cookies. Keep in mind, many cookies you will want to keep. Some save your passwords for websites you visit and use. If you are worried about spying/ tracking cookies, download ad-aware and it will clean out any tracking cookies you do not want.
Adobe Photoshop is $700, the only way to get it free is an illegal hacked version. Quite often they have virus's attached.
Adaware is available free at

In IE, click Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files.

This will clean out both cookies and offline files you've collected while browsing the Internet.

No idea about a free copy of Photoshop, but I heard they announced they're releasing an online version you subscribe to - depending on the cost, you would just go to their web site and "use" Photoshop. Pretty cool.

go to your windows start menu.
click on "search".
click on "all files and folders".
type in "cookies" in the first space.
when they have all come up, and the search is over, right click on each one, and choose "delete".
that's how i clear out mine.
good luck.
