I do not like boozing but I respect many writers and artists who were boozehounds. How can I be like them and become an alcoholic dependent? One glass of wine makes me drunk. So maybe if I drink two a day I will be an alcohilic

this is how you do it....start with fruity drinks, one's you dont really taste the alcohol in, once you feel that buzz or drunk feeling, start getting a little stronger drinks until your so drunk u dont taste straight liqour. beer will give you a guy. if you get diet coke and rum, no carbs so theres a health tip for you. now the next day when you have a hangover, take a shot or have a strong mixed drink. it gets rid of the hang over and you feel a little drunk again (Because you are) and drink all day, let your life go away, get in debt and bam, you've become an alcoholic

Maybe... you are just being silly... and the health risks involved with alcoholism are a bit more serious than emulating the actions of these so-called "boozehounds." It's likely that they used alcohol to deal with serious stressful feelings or maybe because the way they felt when drinking helped contribute to their writing/artistic skills... At any rate... I would consider rethinking this idea and finding a simpler way to get your buzz... and if you decide that you want to expand your drinking horizons, I'd suggest finding a system that works best for you... You should really think about this and how silly the concept of becoming an alcoholic on purpose really is. But then again. What they hey. I can't tell you what to do. I hope you make a fruitful decision.

alcoholism is a disease that is often hereditary. not gotten or given. therefore it would be extremely hard to get addicted to alcohol. the best tip i could give would be to start slow, and drink some every day, once a day. shocking your body with too much alcohol will only result in alcohol poisoning. so drink small amounts, if you have a hangover the next day, this means you drank too much. a hangover is your body's reaction to the drop of alcohol levels in your blood. take your time, and increase once you feel comfortable. But ir eally don't recommend it, i mean, people suffer and die from alcoholism.....

It's very easy. Just start regularly with any alcohol that you like. The alcohol will take care of your problem before you know it. Wish I could drink regularly and become a great writer like Hemingway but I don't have any tolerance for it and it makes me sick and I don't like it!

You have GOT to be kidding. Any alcoholic would be astounded that someone would want the sorrows their alcoholism has made for them. Please please do not try to become an alcoholic. Your liver will be destroyed and you will destroy your own life and the lives of those you love. You should probably see a counsellor about this. Please be careful.

Hello.......... most of them are dead. (assuming you are talking about Hemmingway and others like him). Why be a lemming, do your own thing. Stay away from booze. It's not worth it.

Perseverance. The more you drink, the higher your tolerance will become. Drink until you puke every night.
