That guy if full of bs, there are several flaky examples like that in an old carlton sheets course. The average person doesnt have the slick tongue sales skills and the smooth execution of such a plan that wouldnt make a seller leery. I have bought homes on refinance loans and paid no down and received thousands at closing. It wasnt from any course that I figured out how to. The seller wasnt motivated and the property was bought at almost fair market value. I wont describe how to here because it will end up in some fleecemasters course.
