My 7 year old daughter wants to play soccer what size ball should I buy for her to practice with

Standard size is 5, but I would go with 4 since she is still really young. They are smaller and lighter, and therefore easier to kick around and play with.

I play soccer when i was that age i played with a Size 4..then moved to a normal 5

If your daughter just turned 7, get her a size 3 soccer ball.
Make sure you teach her how to use both legs from an early age since that will come in very handy.

grades k-1- size three
grades 2-5- size four
grades 6+- size five

My son is 7 and plays for the local team and they play with size 4 footballs and seeing as i coach them i must know something!!!

the five would be too hard and its not going to be fun for her so get her 4 when she grows up get her size 5

start with size 4.....eventually you can move onto size 5
