I would take a bet that non-Christians are the biggest sufferers from this censorship and that it is endorsed by the fact that Yahoo never, ever deals with wrongful use of the violation procedure for such purposes.
Their attitude can only actually increase the likelihood that people will resort to extremism and break the rules if they are getting violated when they are patently not in violation!!!
