voyeurism is not always a "peeping tom" it can be but it is also a fetish people have of having sex or performing sexual activities while being watched. it is a huge turn on to alot of people!

Someone who gets off on watching people, without them knowing. It could be simply watching them doing everyday things, however, it's usually exemplified if it involves them watching people undress or have sex, but it doesn't have to be that way.
