It's the way the body was made. It's not the hormones that cause the problem, it's a hormone imbalance. When your hormones are in balance, you don't have monthly problems.

you don't have to suffer with pms. check your library for a book called, "what you're doctor may not tell you about pre-menopause." don't worry, it deals with pms, too.

then try to find a doctor that will treat you with bio-identical, natural hormone replacement therapy.

there are also numerous supplements that help, like evening primose oil.
