someone doesn't call when they say they will? and when they call weeks later what do you say? even if they are just a friend not necessarily someone you are dating.

I wouldn't answer the phone.If they are liars then don't be the one lied to.They only run when they are being chased, so stop running.Friends don't go back on their word either, so he's not even a friend....Thanks for 2.

I hate when people do that,...but if there not important to me I don't even notice...this friend means something to you,...you were Looking forward to the call........not very respectful of your friend..they could at least message and say there busy...I would keep it at a friends only level cause they are not reliable or considerate...

I would ask him if he's been busy, and if he says no then maybe he just forgot. N i would say "How are things with you, No time no see", and see what he says.

maybe his just busy.don't take it too personal maybe his just too busy to talk.why don't you call him instead if his just a friend.
