Yes I was teased myself, but I learned a valuble lesson. I should let them go ahead. They can harass me all they want to. I won't bully them because it will just make matters worst. And i'd get like them on the Dropout list. They are always actign sarcastic to em like they o iek me. One even hit me. HOw dare you hit Taylor Destiny Rochester? I was about to smack that byotch in her face. Touching me= drama! Anywho, I didn't do anythign to them, they have their own isues, they think their so tough but if they dop out, let's see how tough they wil be hanging around kids who were born to fight ;). What's your experience, and what lesson have you learned?

I have been teased at school, too (it's not my fault I'm a nerd and I look ugly! :) lol). I learned from others that if you lash back at them, you become either like them or you become who they say you are. One "friend" always had to say something back, and she joined a different crowd. Another former best friend decided that she'd say a few things to her bullies; now, she's almost exactly what they said she was; she used to be a smart and funny person, but now, she's a slacker in school and hangs out with some questionable people. I haven't talked to her since the beginning of the 9th grade (I am now in 11th grade). Like them, I was teased, but I kind of ignored them, and I had some other good friends who helped me do that. Those bullies stopped after awhile because they saw that it wasn't provoking me (not really, anyway), and they didn't have anything new to make fun of. And for anyone out there who's having trouble with bullies: ignore them. Turn the other cheek as the Bible says; they most likely will not expect that. They'll eventually stop (most of them will). If they don't stop, tell someone (and pray).

Teasing is a word with many meanings. In human interactions, teasing comes in two major forms, playful and hurtful. In mild cases, and especially when it is reciprocal, teasing can be viewed as playful and friendly. However, teasing is often unwelcome and then it takes the form of harassment. In extreme cases, teasing may escalate to actual violence, and may even result in abuse, potentially meeting the legal definition of child abuse. Teasing never solves happiness and i always been teased at school because of how i act and oh how i look its really stupid because not everybody is the same. Not only u get teased on becasue of ur look personally like for abilities, and clothing

I use to be little and a few people would make fun of me. Now years later I have become a superpower. I am much bigger but I am a nice person and I will stick up for a friend that is being picked by a bunch of no lifers.

One time in elementary school, this kid called me "booger". He started telling everyone that was my name, and pretty soon I was being referred to as "booger" by most of the school. It really hurt my feelings at first, but after a while I figured out that if you just roll with it, it often turns the situation around.

I started smiling when someone called me that, and soon, people figured out that it wasn't bothering me. I had a nickname...an identity! The guy who started the nickname for me ended up dropping out of school when he was 16, but I graduated in the top 10% of my class.

When graduation day came, we all tossed our caps in the air, and I laughed as people around me called each other "Butch", "Wimpy", "Sasquatch", "Jughead", and many other nicknames they'd gotten over the years. It's all in good fun.

Yep, some girl in 5th grade said i had stinky breath all the time and poked fun at me for it. I ended up telling my mom, who told the teacher at a Parent/teacher conference and I got moved to another set of desks with the "smart girls" who were (and most likely still are) great at math. I got to move away from an annoying person to someone who helped me in my studies.

Yes I was.

I learned a song from my grandmother.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.

People to this day will still try to knock me down.

This is their issue not mine.

I am glad that I had a solid foundation to grow from.

I will never respond to the taunting of an insecure individual.

I know who I am, I know where I came from , I know where I am going.

Yes. Bone yard, bag of bones, tooth pick amonst other names. Hair got pulled and food dumped on me at lunch. Thats why I told my kids not to be mean. Cause it hurts and makes you feel so alone in a place where there is so many others.
