but when i put on my code scanner it shows no codes; it is a ob 2 code reader; so what is the problem? the code reader should tell me what code problem it has such as fuel pump; right;

If it's not showing a code, why do you think it has low fuel pressure? You have to measure it before and after the regulator to decide if it's the regulator or the pump.

If it has spark, then first make sure your immobilizer security isn't keeping it from starting. Do you have a Body Control Computer (BCM)? Maybe there's a security feature that keeps it from starting. If you have plug wires, use the spark tester shown in the link below. If you don't have good spark, remove the ignition coil cover where all the plug wires connect to see if there's signs of arcing. You may need new plug wires if so.

might be the fuel pump..the fuel filter or the fuel injector itself.. try to knock it (gently) the fuel injector maybe jammed..

not necessarily.....but i agree that it sounds like a fuel pump
