Ive had a hotmail account for 5 years, and always used Outlook express to view my emails from home. Now Outlook doesnt work and Im told that I need to have a Hotmail subscription account in order for it to work..Is this true, what can i do about it. Any help would be appreciated. Ive tried to find the subscription site again with no success. please help. Thanks

yes the link does go to a subscription page but i already have an email address and I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE IT isnt there any way that hotmail will let me upgrade my own hotmail e mail address
