Tell me if you know, or if there is something simmilar to that. I just want to type in french and have the abitlity to spell check my work.

I downloaded the Polish version of Open Office. It is all in Polish, even the install. So, you want to know a little of the language you want. I will see if I can find you the French version, I assume there is one if there a Polish.

As stated above; you can go into Control Panel > Regional Options and change your keyboard settings, but, some things may still be English. French is in "Central Europe" I had to have my Windows2000 CD to add Polish. XP may already have French, you just need to turn it on.

You could buy the French version of Microsoft Word.

Try setting the language of your computer to french.
In word's preferences set the language to french.

Yah but there is not a ms version of it you have to but something like a program called rossetta stone
