yes but internet wont work unless u get the sprint codes for the wap browser or find a flash that will work... if u find the codes for it u can use menu 0 and code is 000000 to program the phone manually

No you cant. If you have a contract with Sprint then you have to buy their phones. If you want a verizion chocolate phone you need to get a contract with them. My suggestion is that you wait for your contract with Sprint to be over so you dont get the early termination charge. Then go with Verizion and get the phone you wanted.

You cant use phones from different phone companies. Only the phones that Sprint offers.
