Fear, in it's proper context, is a good thing. It prevents us from doing things that would be potentially harmful.
If you have what is called an irrational fear, then ask yourself exactly what it is that you fear? Then think about what is the worse that could possibly happen and how you would handle it? Think of what the odds are that your fear would become a reality? Then face your fear in small increments. Each time your overcome your fear, you will be that much closer to overcoming it totally.
Fear is in the mind and the mind can overcome it.

Lol if you figure it out be sure to let the rest of the world know the secret. Sure some fears go away with time and exposure but not the really important ones.

With confidence, and if your lacking in confidence"Fake it" til you make it.Be your own best friend,be good to yourself, know that you are good enough to overcome any obstacle, and strive toward any goal,if you don.t believe it now, tell yourself you do, as if you do, act as if you do ,and soon you will believe it to be true.We have the power to do whatever it is we set our mind to,believe in yourself, believe in the power of positive thinking, believe that you strive to be your personal best and believe that you too can overcome your fear.

Maybe seeing a therapist can help you with your fears. Sometimes having someone to talk to about your conscious feelings can unlock subconscious issues that are causing you anxieties.

Read these Bible verses:
Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Romans 8:31 - What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
