Honestly I would say the zoo or Animal park first. Sea world is over rated and way too expensive. The last time I went to the zoo (in May 2005) they were remodeling and it was a pain because you spent the whole day walking back and forth because the middle of the zoo (where all the paths intersect) was under construction so you had to continuously backtrack. I did get to see both the pandas but the zoo keepers are very pushy about moving people through. But the good thing about the zoo is its in Balboa park and you can go tp museums and other stuff there too. It has been a long time since I went to the Wild Animal park but I loved it. All the animals are out in open areas not in cages. It was pretty cool. I guess I would have to say the park 1st, the zoo-2nd, Sea World 3rd. Hope this helps

You can take the Coaster commuter train all the way to the Santa Fe Depot in Downtown San Diego. Then you can walk to Broadway and Front to catch Line 7B bus. It should take you close to the San Diego Zoo.
