I believe the Canaries are really warm in April, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria or Tenerife. Hope this helps you.

Spain ( listen to the true beautiful Language spoken )

Southern spain, southern Italy, greece, cyprus and southern turkey would be best I think. One good shot could be the canarys. Johan
