if they really bother you emotionally, yes. If it causes medical issues such as back pain, yes. whatever your decision, make sure it's what you really want, not just because you wanted to fit better in some shirt better and then next week you change your mind. When you make your decision, let it sit for a while before you do anything in case you change your mind. And don't get it done by some mexican immigrant in the back of a truck!!

They can become an A cup with a Breast Reduction. If you don't already then try wearing minimising bras and clothing that makes them hidden just so you can get used to them being smaller. A surgeon may not want to take them down to an A cup but yes it is possible. I am a size 34G and am about to be reduced to a 34D- that is a reduction of 3 full cup sizes and my surgeon said that he could easily go even smaller than that. Have a few consultations with different plastic surgeons ( many of them are free of charge for the first consultation or are rebated through Medicare) and that way you can have a look at many before and after pictures and see the results that you would prefer.
Good luck, I hope that this has helped you

Sure, breast reduction can do that. If you have back pain you could get it covered by insurance.
I went from a J cup to a C cup, so you should speak to a plastic surgeon about what you'd like him to do.
Sometimes it is not safe to go down too far and instead of someone wanting to be an A cup, they can only be a B cup for health reasons.

With the advances in plastic surgery anything is possible in terms of breast reduction. The Dr will most likely discourage that drastic of a change in size. Find a licensed plastic surgeon and go get a consult. He/she will be able to tell you the cost for something of that magnitude.

Well there are plenty of alternatives for the breast reduction even thou I haven't heard of any of them being reasonable. Sounds like there is something else here underneath? Is it that you want others to respect you for your other accomplishments in life? Or health problems like back or neck? It's always a personal choice, but my suggestion to you is search all your reasons why and why not before making such a life changing decision. Good luck.

I don't know if you will be able to reduce that far, but contact a doc and ask. If you are having health problems due to your large breasts, such as back pain, shoulders sore from the straps, etc most insurance will cover, if it's simply cosmetic, they will not. A friend was DD, she was able to go to a B, and was very satisfied with the results. Good luck.

I suggest that before you persue surgery you consult with a psychologist. This doesn't appear to be healthy- mental thinking to me. Unless of course your a lesbian and want to look like a guy. Any repruable (?) doctor won't give you this surgery without requiring a psych evaluation. This is not a normal request. Don't do it! Love your boobs, wear minimizing bras, etc. Some women would kill to have your boobs.

The grass is always greener on the other side. How many women with A cups are paying thou sends to have Ds? You're probably fine, the way you are.
Down with cosmetic surgery. Exterior appearance is only superficial.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. You might be overwhelmed by the attention you get from guys because of it, but most girls would love to be in your situation.
