I think Te'wan Jackson sounds good but Juelz Jackson sounds good too. I think they sound cool you picked good first names!

I like Rashawn Juelz, Te'wan Cornelius, or Cornelius Robert. That way, if little Cornelius wanted to go by his middle name (if he thought his name was uncool or something) he could, although I love your cultures' names! My fave is Rashawn as a first name though.

I would spell Juelz Jules; he can have switch to Juelz later when he's getting all rebellious and cool!
I prever Marwan or Marvin to Marwat, I think the ending sounds nicer, and Abdula to Abdulazeez ...sounds like sneeze!
Having a tamer first name will helps you move through society more easily, as it allows more people to identify with you, but use the middle name to show your heritage!

Robert Cornelius and Rashawn Adam... I'm not a big fan of Rashawn but it's better than the other options. I think Rashad is a good alternative to Rashawn.

Robert Cornelius Jackson would be a nice name. It is something different. It is not the same as every body thats what I love about it.
