How to work out the bit rate of data being transfered?

If it takes 1 minute to download a 4 MB data file. What bit rate (to 2 significant figures) is the data being transferred? A, 35bps, B, 50bps, C, 300bps, D, 450kbps, E, 560kbps or F 1.5 Mbps

There are 8 bits (b) in a byte (B), roughly 1 million bytes in a megabyte (MB), and there are 60 seconds in a minute, so 4 MB / 1 minute = 32000000 bits / 60 seconds to get bps. (1000 bps is roughly 1 kbps.)
