There are 8 bits (b) in a byte (B), roughly 1 million bytes in a megabyte (MB), and there are 60 seconds in a minute, so 4 MB / 1 minute = 32000000 bits / 60 seconds to get bps. (1000 bps is roughly 1 kbps.)
