hiya, i would suggest using a little highlighter, or use a lighter shade of foundation, along the top of your cheekbones, i.e. underneath ur eye area towards the top of ur ears. then use blusher along the bottom of ur cheekbones and slightly on your apples, (make sure u blend everything properly though), creating a slight illusion of hollowness there. Tip: pout in front of the mirror, and u should be able to see where ur cheeks r hollow and where ur cheekboes r. that will help u apply your blusger in the right areas. i would recommend using a browny shade of blusher, a bronzer perhaps? bobbi brown do a couple of great shades. i'm asian and i use one of their bronzers, shade number 1 - Natural. just experiment in front of the mirror

As well as using blush, on the apples of your cheeks, you may want to invest in highlighter, its usually shimmery beige but varies depending on your skin tone choice, and you'll just apply it using a huge brush on the area where your cheek bones are naturally and especially near the back where they sink in when you pucker your lips and this will create an illusion of your cheeks being more defined.

Ok my face looked chubby when i had long hair, but when i got it cut short(3 inches above my shoulders) now my face looks more defined and slimmer. If u don't want to get ur hair cut try a mocha coloured blush or bronzer.

Benefit do a great blusher. It is a blusher and a highlighter in one pot, so when you sweep it over your cheeks it gives you a nice colour and cheekbones. I think it retails at £22.50 but lasts forever. I love it and wouldn't be without it. Check out www.benefit.com.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups as well as do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will get better results than a long manage or swim.

try getting layers cut into your hair,, if you get the shortest layers cut up to your cheek bones,, this helps define them.
Whatever colour blusher you use,, blend it from the top of your cheek bones down (i do beauty therapy in college and this is how we are taught!)
Hope this helps!
