That is a difficult one. You could try using toilet soap (dove type) and water with a soft rag, or sponge, but it will show a difference in surrounding texture. However, even if you decide to repaint the area, you still have to remove the pencil marks first.

try just erasing it off. that should do it..just use a clean eraser.
