My husband and I have been trying to concieve for a little over a year now. I'm starting to worry that maybe something is wrong. So, we're going to try for a couple more months before going to the doctor. Anyone have any tips to increase the chances?

Promise you won't laugh? Put your legs in the air. You know, after you have sex. lie on your back and put a pillow under your hips, and put your legs up. You will get a boost from gravity.

I did this to get pregnant with my daughter. It's not something I made up, I heard it from my grandmother.

If its past the year mark for ttc and nothing its definitely time for the Dr...you just need to get a simple blood test to see if you are even ovulating (just because you get your period each month does not mean that you ovulated) and hubby can go for a sperm analysis.

If it's past the year mark, go to the doctor. Better to get checked out early than to continue to disappoint yourselves.
