Very normal! & usually something you don't like. I have three favourite "songs" I think of, & whistle or sing outloud to get rid of the danged thing. & it works. I know LOTS of people who have this happen. Just "replace" it.

Yes, this is quite normal. Sometimes the only way to get the song out of my head is to either think of another song or start singing the song out loud so that everybody else in the room has it stuck in their head. For some reason, that seems to make the song stop playing in my head--probably due to the sheer joy of knowing that I'm not the only one suffering.

yeah I'm pretty sure it is. happens to me all the time. but it sucks a lot less when you have a good song playing in your head.

sure it is....its irritating but still within 'normal' limits....i think people like that are more likely to be veared in the OCD (ob-comp disorder) direction, but its a spectrum, just like social anxiety disorder, we all sometimes experience anxiety, but since that its not disabling, we call it 'normal'
good luck

Very. The best thing is to sing it out loud.

not unless it interfers with your abilities to function, such as doing daily tasks like eatting, sleeping, etc.
