My PC is getting slower day by day. I have tried defragmenting, detecting for spyware, disk cleanup etc.,. but none works. It would be nice if someone can give me some tips and sp any software that would increase its speed.

If none of what you did solves your problem then i suggest that you disable all of your start up program..To do that..go to your start menu and find the run menu and key in "msconfig" then hit enter..After you've done that there will be a system configuration panel being displayed..Click to the startup menu and uncheck the programs that's running that you think slowing down your pc performance and apply for the changes and restart your pc..

well u can try checking for the amount of startup programs, by using the program below....it does other stuff as well so chek it out...oh another way of speeding up ur pc is looking at wat programs are running in the background...

Add RAMM
Remove all unused or rarely used programs
Uninstall them.
