If I have a warrent for Minor in Possesion of Alc, will that effect me getting a job here in CA,?

It would depend on the job, and the type of check performed. If the warrant is out of state, then you have to hope that your warrant check is confined to California. If it is in state, then you will probably get busted, and not hired.

If they do a background check, it most definitely will show up.
