Probably the UN due to size, but I wonder which is more corrupt?
The worst thing about the EU is that it is reducing the chances of democracy in countries right across Europe and the electorate just don't seem to get it! They think they are getting security and are willing to give up their freedoms in exchange. We could have done this more cheaply in the 50's and 60's by joining the USSR as it was then.
We have become complacent and will in the end pay the price. We are getting the politicians we deserve!!!

EU. It pretends to be a serious governing body but all the states exploit it for their oen interest. The UN at least is a platform for diplomacy.
