As you said, turning back time is impossible. But MOST important, is to be aware that "whatever" happened in the past is part of who you are now; not be be judged as negative or "wrong." For example, if you thought: "If I hadn't gotten on that elevator this & this & this wouldn't have happened." Depending on your persepctive, you'll see "good" & "bad" (very subjective) things that were the consequences. But bottom line, it doesn't really matter, does it? Of course we can "learn" from the past, but that's subjective, too. You are past, present & future--what you do with this is up to you. If it were possible to turn back time, nothing would change.

Since you can't turn back time, bummer.. I know. Realize that you have just had a learning experience. It's up to you to attach some meaning to whatever the situation is and move on towards a future with new learning in hand. Someone once told me that there was no mistakes in life, only learning experiences.
You can't spend your life dwelling on something that you cannot take back, you'll make yourself go crazy! :) Attach meaning to the experience and keep on going.

You can't change the past, but you can impact the future. Learn from the mistake and move on. Ask for forgiveness and deal with the consequences. On that note, if you sincerely apologize and the other person doesn't forgive, it becomes their issue, not yours and you can move on from it with a clear conscience.

it really is hard to live without regrets, but I think it's somethimg we should all learn how to do... so, have no regrets! you cannot turn back time, so if you hurt somebudy, apologise, if you did something wrong, do everything you can now to mend it... and then, just move on. it's not good to live in the past or to live with regrets. forgive yourself anf others and look forward to the future.

Move on? Don't know exactly what the problem is, but if it is something you said or did that you can't undo, just apologize and learn from that experience and move on. Nothing good ever comes from contineously reliving a moment that can't be changed.

You just have to move forward. If you've made a mistake learn from it and try not to berate yourself too much. I don't know what it is that's happened but it may get better soon, things have a way of working themselves out. xxx

you can only move on when you accept that the past can't be any different. stop wishing, learn from it and use it to help other people.

Look ahead with a positive spin on life. Just remember that if it was ment to be it was ment to be. And don't dwell on the past.
