You can't make anybody like you, but if he's flirting with you he probably already likes you. The only thing you can really do is talk to him more, ask for his phone number or e-mail address.

I have the same problem. I had my bf tell him that I like him and now he is acting really nice to me. Also, when I see him in the hall, now he always smiles at me. Get your BF to tell him! He probably likes you. Cause I just found out that the guy I like, likes me 2.
